The lates property we have identified is as follows:

• Price: RMB 268K
• Tax: 3K (only)
• size: 35sqm
• yield: 5.4%
• passing rent: 1200 (bought it with a tenancy)
• notes: it's been converted to a one bed from a studio, new-look looks good, but the kitchen is quite small.

I have viewed three properties this morning (Tuesday 14 Jan), all in the Dragon City development  The most promising of these was unit 12B in the "Giant Dragon" tower. This is a 1-bed apartment producing a yield of around 6%, external area 33.78 sq. m.

Dragon City is a mid-level development completed in 1998. It has an excellent location, just south of the Banzhanshan Tunnel at the junction of Juizhou Dadao Xi and Yingbin Nanlu.
